Research

 My research focuses on the intersection of governance, policy adaptation, European Union integration, and sustainability transitions. I am particularly interested in how public institutions respond to complex policy challenges in both national and supranational contexts.

Throughout my academic studies, I have explored various aspects of governance failures, political institutions, legal frameworks, and public policy development. My work combines insights from political science, European studies, law and economics, and policy transfer theories.

Smart Contracts: A Law and Economics Approach
Sapienza University of Rome, 2024
Analyzed the governance challenges of smart contracts using transaction cost economics and contract theory frameworks, with implications for institutional adaptation processes.

Undergraduate Thesis:
The Policies Affecting the Brain Drain Under the Justice and Development Party Rule
TED University, 2021
Conducted qualitative research combining policy analysis, document analysis, and semi-structured interviews to explore the governance-related causes of brain drain in Turkey.
